EWING EXECTIVE SERVICES offers a wide range of services: Drafting of Wills: to ensure a practical and equitable distribution of assets to heirs and the minimization of death duties; Deceased estate administration; Evaluation of existing estate planning structures; Drafting and administration of trusts.

Ewing Executive Services knows that current and potential clients, those persons and entities who are suppliers to us and all our employees care how personal information about them is used and shared. This policy describes the types of personal information that we may collect, the purposes for which we use the information, the circumstances in which we may share the information and the steps that we take to safeguard the information to protect the privacy of those persons and entities we deal with.

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

The term “Personal Data” as used in this Privacy Policy refers to information such as your name, birth date, e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number that can be used to identify you. Generally, we will only process your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we reserve the right, to conduct additional processing to the extent permitted or required by law, or in support of any legal or criminal investigation.

The next sections explain how and when we collect Personal Data from you. 

  1. INTENDED USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Most of our services do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our website without telling us who you are. However, some services may require you to provide us with Personal Data. In these situations, if you choose to withhold any Personal Data requested by us, it may not be possible for us to respond to your query. 

We collect personal information by way of face-to-face interviews, business cards, telephone conversations, emails, our website and from third parties such as when requiring an employee reference. We may collect and hold information from current and prospective clients, suppliers and their employees, our own employees and prospective employees as well as contractors and others.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (under 18 years of age) without the permission of their parent or guardian.

In the case of electronic direct marketing, we will provide you with a method to opt out of receiving further marketing materials. If you contact us, please provide the specific information you would like us to correct, update or delete plus a proper identification of yourself. Requests to delete personal data will be subject to any applicable legal and ethical reporting or document filing or retention obligations imposed on us.

If you have any concern about privacy at the Company please e-mail us a thorough description and we will try to resolve the issue for you.  Unless stated otherwise, our current privacy policy applies to all information that we have on record. However, we stand behind the promises we make and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of personal information collected in the past without the consent of affected persons.
